  I serve as national litigation counsel to a large national chemical distributor and also as national coordinating counsel for a manufacturer of industrial equipment involved in asbestos litigation. I have also served as national coordinating counsel for a sporting equipment manufacturer involving multiple product liability claims. Some of my past engagements have been defending: a chemical company in connection with the multi-fatal chemical plant explosion in Allentown, PA; a maritime engineering firm in connection with the fatal Pier 34 collapse; a national weight loss center in connection with diet drug litigation; and a building owner involving multiple claims of toxic chemical encephalopathy from a building renovation. I have also represented numerous product manufacturers and other entities in connection with products liability, toxic tort, environmental litigation and complex commercial disputes. I currently serve as defense counsel for a number of non-traditional defendant product manufacturers and premise owners in connection with asbestos litigation and is often called upon as special counsel relating to experts and litigation strategy.
