After spending numerous years in manufacturing I decided to look at the commercial vehicle conversion and storage industry and decided it was ready for some different and dare I say some better products and solutions.Our systems have are made from a lighter weight material but offer exceptionally high mechanical strength which in themselves offer some amazing benefits by vastly reducing our conversions weight in comparison to other materials whilst maintaining all the strength needed. In one case we actually reduced the overall conversion weight down by 150 kilo on a simple Ford Transit Custom Build.So there must be a trade off then??? Well no, not really as the same product also offers great insulation and noise properties and excellent long life as is not water absorbent so removes the chances of rotting or delamination plus is chemical resistant to boot. When we set up Bad Monkey Conversions Ltd, we wanted the company to have the flexibility to build exactly what our clients required and also have the flexibility to help clients with one off builds or large fleets which is why we decided manufacture all our parts in house.Our materials and products are certainly some major UPS's but we don't want to stop there, we offer complete packages including eclectics, lighting, signwriting, vehicle wraps and much more.
