The Director of Technology Development is responsible for:- Integrating 21st-century technology and teaching tools into the classroom experience.- Developing future-ready curriculum, aligned to state and national standards, that inspires learning while cultivating an environment of critical and creative thinking.- Interfacing with Industry professionals to ensure that technology goals match workforce development needs.- Building, maintaining, and supporting the company website, intranet, and mobile services.- Recruiting, training, and promoting highly competent staff and volunteer personnel.- Aligning fundraising and material resources to support the growth of competitive excellence for our learners and the community at large.- Developing and promoting community integration with the company's makerspace.- Creating and managing the company database and online marketing campaigns.- Overseeing the implementation of digital workspaces.- Directly managing online and on-site digital security services.- Formulating and strengthening strategic partnerships at the local, state, and national levels in both the private and public sectors.

I was the senior field supervisor, Cementing, for the Southeastern United States cementing services division. I was directly responsible for implementing any and all types of cementing procedures as called for by the Company and our Customers. I was highly proficient in the use of all Halliburton land-based cementing systems and technologies to include Zoneseal Foam Cementing, Nitrified mud solutions, Tight-gas Shale formation solutions, Deepwell cementing services, as well as the many varied shallow well processes utilized throughout the United States. I was one of a handful of travelling Cementing Supervisors that were tasked with operating at multiple locations throughout the U.S. providing specialized services, as needed or requested. In addition, I was one of the people tasked with helping to maintain the computer and electronic systems at the Sandersville field office, and in the field.
