As co-founder of Loxben Apps SAS, from time to time, I have engaged in different projects across various small and mid-size clients. Some of the remarks of this work:• Aurelius Lab Project: As an early-stage start-up, I worked closely with the CTO to deliver the first versions of Aurelius' app and help researchers to get insights from the collected data.• Naviance Project: Engaged in the modernization process of the Hobsons' products before PowerSchool acquired them. Specifically, a Staff Application to provide settings for the K12 suite.

As part of my engagement with LiftAI, I collaborated closely with the CTO and engineering team to architect and deliver the MVP of the Elevator Asset Management Platform (eAMP), leveraging a modern tech stack including Django/DRF for robust API development and PostgreSQL for reliable data management. Spearheaded the implementation of a scalable architecture using Docker and AWS while ensuring seamless deployment through Vercel. By applying domain-driven design principles and iterative development practices, we successfully launched multiple releases that transformed raw elevator data into actionable insights, significantly enhancing the maintenance workflow for facility managers. The platform's architecture was designed to support rapid scaling and future feature additions while maintaining exceptional performance.

As part of the engineering team, I worked on different projects across various agile teams. Some remarks:• Rinse Dental Project: Helped to launch, on time, the iOS app backed by a serverless architecture. As the lead developer in charge of the backend architecture, I drive the design and implementation of the solution. I started as Tech Lead for the Conversational Squad, being responsible for the technical decisions, working side by side with the Product Manager and Product Designer, and helping the development team use the right tech to tackle the problem at hand way. As a Senior Developer, my responsibility was the modernization of the technological stack. As a result:• Reduction of development time by 50% due to the lowering of technical debt in the codebase and the implementation of agile practices like CI/CD backed by automated tests that allowed the team to go faster, reducing the feedback loop and increasing the confidence of the development team,• Improve end-user experience by introducing two key factor technologies. "Codo a Codo" is a program created by the Buenos Aires City government to train in the arts of programming and thus join the jobs of the future. As a mentor, I had the opportunity to teach people from different backgrounds, in programming and database, using Java as a programming language among other technologies.

While working at Globant, I worked on-site for two clients, the Argentinian newspaper Pagina12 and JPMorgan Chase bank. Some of the work done includes::• Redesigned the entire website of the newspaper Página12, optimizing its response time by 10% and reducing the request to the server by 20% using caching and CDN,• A decrease in the bounce rate by 30% as a result of creating a frontpage management app that allows high customization in the way the content is displayed, making it more engaging,• Update of many applications used for JPMorgan Chase bank traders to make them comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design,• Made use of technologies like Java, Node.js, Angular, react.js, Communication, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, Leadership, and Teamwork, to name a few.

As a Senior Front-end Developer, I was in charge of developing two different solutions during my time in the company, as a consequence:• HTTP requests from the front-end of Clarovideo to the back-end services were reduced by more than 20%, improving the end-user experience dramatically,• Worked together with back-end developer to produce from scratch a content management system (CMS), used during the Olympic Games Rio 2016 to ingest into the platform all the content generated from its sports competitions,• Together with Mexico’s development team to create an MVP web client using React, Node.js, and microservices architecture to achieve overall performance improvement and unify the development processes giving agility to the team.

I was part of the newly created internal software factory that provided software solutions to the eleven locations across the country the company had at that time. Some of the accomplishments during my time in the company were:• Improvement in the daily operations of the company, in particular, the areas of inventory and taxes by 25% while implementing the new platform based on web technologies,• ADempiere ERP's customization, standardizing the system to comply with that year's tax regulation changes by the government and the tax collection agency, doing that before the deadline imposed by the Nacional government,• Improved patient satisfaction rate by 40% by developing an application for Touch Screens to take turns for the services offered by the Medical Center,• Made use of technologies like Java, C#, Angular.js, and Linux sysadmin skills, to name a few.

My main contribution to the team when I joined the company was the implementation of some of the concepts of modern development and agile practices as a determining factor to the success of the project, but also:• Improved overall user experience while removing development complexity, creating a web app that allows unifying all the services offered by the company,• Remove friction for new customers while optimizing support team daily work by giving the user the possibility to configure the services without the direct intervention of the Fonax engineers,• Create a virtual assistant to be part of the suite of applications offered to company clients,• Made use of technologies like PHP, Node.js, Angular.js, and agile practices like CI/CD and TDD, to name a few.
