The main skill I learned from my time at Starbucks was not making drinks but the ability to deal with people. My customer service skills improved tenfold after my time at Starbucks because of the experience serving hundreds of different people every day. My language skills and ability to communicate issues and solutions to people greatly improved.

Multiple responsibilities and duties which covered a range of bases such as providing excellent customer service on the tills, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times but most importantly when taking in deliveries and moving large cages of stock and collaborating with the team to ensure the store was kept clean at all times. Carrying out all these tasks was done in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the smooth running of the store.
