I am a field based trainer working for Odeon Cinemas as a Costa Core Skills Manager. I have gained over 15 years experience of the leisure, retail and service industries. I have worked in a number of different roles for my current employer including Cinema General Manger, Costa Store Manager and Regional Retail Trainer.In my current role my team is responsible for the successful implementation of a Costa Coffee franchise with over 60 full stores and over 100 Costa offers across the U.K and Ireland. The role involves training teams and mangers, recruitment, standards auditing and coaching, new store openings, store refurbishments, delivering workshops and creating business tools. I work closely with suppliers and contractors. Last year we achieved the partnership of the year award from Whitbread and our KPI performance stands strong against the equity business.I have a great reputation for success with the business. My colleagues would describe me as a great coach with fantastic people skills. I'm very passionate about building successful teams and the personal development of individuals. I have management experience at both store and regional levels. I love to lead by example with regards to standards and customer service.
