As a Health & Fitness Consultant, my responsibilities are diverse. As well as diligently completing administrative tasks, including data collection and entry through Microsoft Excel, filing, and content creation such as take-home work for clients - I also provide customised exercise prescription to clients during 45 minute sessions. I have developed strong communication skills by assisting clients in person, email and over the phone, proactively increasing membership sales. Being 1 of 2 current trainers, I am extremely hard working, often facilitating many sessions back to back while completing data entry administration tasks and managing the gym autonomously.
