I’m Rhys Cranfield - growing up with a parent immersed in real estate makes it seem like I’ve been around property sales and rentals all my life. I enjoy meeting people and prior to receiving my licence in 2021, I worked in several tourism related fields outdoors including boat tours & rentals, bar tending and tour guiding.Back in the office I focus on helping tenants search for new homes and manage our rental listings. Temp Job- Working closely with airport customs agents to clear international packages through Bermuda’s import and export security screening- Having special security clearance to work at and in the airport beyond public locations- Speaking to 40 to 50 clients daily over the phone to organise orders, payment and answer any questions they have, increasing customer satisfaction- Creating and filling out legal customs forms in line with government regulations- Creating and sending invoices to clients- Open, sort and route over 100 emails and phone calls a day for relevant data needed to process orders and move customer packages through Bermuda Customs as smooth as possible
