I have successfully built a strong client base since starting out in 2015, which I have further developed into an online fitness business. I help busy professionals drop a clothing size in 90 days without restricting the things they love or losing out on valuable time. I create nutrition and exercise programs specifically tailored to each individual client’s needs to ensure they achieve their goals, efficiently. This role demands dedication, commitment and the ability to self-motivate, which I achieve through a strong work ethic and the desire to reach out and help as many people as I can. Communication is a vital part of this role; my excellent people skills allow me to build trust and understanding between myself and my clients, which is key to ensuring a strong working relationship. The most rewarding part of this role is seeing a client transform their entire life by practising the advice I provide. I feel a great sense of achievement in knowing that I have had an impact on somebody else’s happiness. The results my clients have seen has generated repeat business and recommendations of my services. I have also developed excellent organisational and time management skills in this role. During my first year at the gym, I was responsible for running multiple classes per week, along with carrying out gym-based inductions for new members and ensuring the gym was well maintained, this involved cleaning and equipment checks. Member interactions are a key part of this role, and I have always had positive feedback regarding my ability to motivate and inspire the people around me. Always looking to further expand my knowledge, I recently completed a BTN foundation in Nutrition course. I am also qualified to provide First Aid.

Through my work ethic and continued desire to ensure customer service, my responsibilities within Jack Wills increased. Beginning as a sales assistant, I gained the experience and skills to become the store supervisor. I gained experience in opening and closing the store, driving sales and KPI's, cashing up, writing reports such as end of day/trade for the week as well as dealing with figures and comparing them to other stores in our area. The role required me to maintain a thorough knowledge of the products we sell whilst also overseeing health and safety regulations and customer dispute resolution. Overall my main objectives where to ensure that customers received the best experience and that I built long standing rapport along with resolving any issues they might have, I drove the team I lead to success and ensured our store was always hitting all company objectives. Through my supervisor training I gained a thorough understanding of Key Performance Indicators (‘KPI’).

As a waiter I had to ensure that all customers were greeted upon entrance, and that I took food and drink orders in an attentive and professional manner. Customer satisfaction was of great importance therefore the levels of service provided by the front of house team required me to be sociable yet courteous of any needs the customers had whilst they dined with us at the restaurant.
