Made up rosters for the busy store, made orders for all food, drinks and any other things the store needed for the specific times. Made sure tills and card machines were right at the end and start of shifts. Ensured all staff had training done. Dealt with all the paperwork making sure daily/weekly and monthly sheets were all up to date.

Dealt with customers queries, ensured cleaning and closing shifts were done to the highest standards, cashing up tills during the day and at closing and opening.
