The department consisted of a UK based head office team along with individual teams across the globe which i was responsible for, managing the 52 different international markets Lush currently operate in.I spent a considerable amount of time working in between Hong Kong and Japan to understand the customer behaviour and local needs for those markets.As Lush grew so did my position and responsibilities, I put strong emphasis on developing wider marketing channels, E-commerce optimisation and UX to ensure we converted our traffic as successfully as possible.I implemented my marketing and optimisation strategies inline with the rollout of 52 new sites globally. Each needing specific benchmarking, geo-targeted marketing strategies, goals and KPI’s set. Full audits andSEO specific tasks were carried out by my team on all 50+ sites with strict testing and analysis.
