I started an internship with Zing as a quality assurance tester in late 2020. I quickly learned how the system works, the team I will be around, and what was expected of me on a daily basis. This is when I was introduced to the Agile way of working, the use of Kanban boards, and being a part of a scrum team.Over the last 18 months, I’ve added business value by:• Identify issues or bugs with the system and informed the developers to address the issue.• Able to perform browser compatibility testing on browsers Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.• Performed requirement feasibility analysis and identified test scenarios/test objectives.• As the final person part of the developmental team, I would suggest different ways of doing things as I would need to think and act like the end-user and come up with different scenarios of using the software.• I started my coding journey, learning Cypress has given me the ability to write and execute code to run scripts that would help in the quest of finding bugs in real-time before and after a push to production.• Create test scenarios that would make the software more friendly and remove potential issues along the way• Create documents and brief company overview of competitors to better understand our competition and things we are missing on.• User experience is usually a separate job, but we were encouraged to be proactive and look for places where the UI can be made better.• Using Jira and other collaborative tools that help in the Agile ecosystem• I have completed my Scrum master's and Google Project management certification and utilised it in daily activities. Lead design sessions take an idea right from design sessions to the final stages and to the customer. In turn, reduced devs workload as issues were resolved quicker• Identify roadblocks that may hinder development and release dates

• Visited branches of the bank and assisted in quality audit • Assisted in the 2017 communication agency tender • Proof read, with corrections as required, the draft of the corporate guideline book• Worked with the social media team and updated the follower count on social media accounts of Celebrities, Royal family, Bloggers, Artists, Musicians• Assisted in organizing a credit card bank event• Assisted the central operations and customer relations team in various aspects
