At the beginning of the 2015/16 academic year, I took on more responsibility in a similar role however now with a greater emphasis on marketing in order to reach a wider global teacher audience. I took charge of an international team of 6 which brings new and exciting challenges. My responsibilities included:● Creation of a through-the-line annual marketing plan that encompasses all target audiences from NQT’s, experienced teachers and school leaders. ● Explore and incorporate strategies involving new digital technologies, content marketing, social media, ecomms, advertising, lifecycle and campaigns, PPC and SEO techniques.● Coordinate efforts for international candidate generation in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand to ease the teacher shortage in the UK as well as reach British teachers currently overseas in international schools around the world.● Oversee the running of candidate attraction events and seminars including running our own physical, virtual events and university fairs.● Deliver tactical initiatives across all business areas for candidate attraction and generation. Champion candidate management throughout the business and work with the Resourcing and Recruitment teams to track and add value in all processes.● Work with the internal design teams as well as external agencies to develop and deliver creative messaging for all candidate activity.● Manage and develop internal candidate systems and tools including ESP and Eteach Recruiter.● Work with the Schools Marketing Manager to highlight new business and/or opportunities to attract new talent or highlight future demand. ● Using data have a greater understanding of candidates and get more value from our candidate base.● Take ownership of market research and competitor insight.● Report all ROI on all activity through measurement and effectiveness.● Proactively manage and develop the Marketing Executives and international representatives through regular 121’s and performance management.
