Maximizing sales opportunities after patient consultations have been conducted.   Dealing with customer complaints, ensuring that the patient’s issues are fully resolved. Handling cash management- end of day reconciliation is completed this includes cash deskdeclarations being sent to head office. Stock and product control including frames, contact lenses and branded items.Ensuring that team members are effective in their positions by providing training anddevelopment.  The smooth operation of the clinic’s time management for patients and employees. Evaluate the needs of the client to ensure that the correct product is provided based on theirneeds.Diary management of appointments for clients. Preforming a pre-test for the patient while also explaining each step of the process and why it isnecessary. Processing and management of direct debits and subscriptions on a monthly/ weekly basisdepending on variety of criteria.Supply management between franchises and third-party optical providersReporting and discussion with Senior stakeholders on store performance and sales targetsagainst KPIs.
