Still appointment setting but instead of having a separate specialist come and sell the appointment, I would sell the appointment myself. Commission only role, very fast paced, 60-90 minute presentation for homeowners and closing the deal on the day. Setting up financing, setting install dates, liaising with the install team, following up until deal gets bolted. Challenging but fun experience.

On top of the basic appointment setting, I now ran a team and helped with the hiring process, ran team meetings, trained staff and helped them with objection handling, pitch structure and goal setting, helped them manifest the right mindset and attitude to be a successful door to door agent.
