Project to enable surveyors to produce reports on site and removing the need for duplication of work. Also allowing embedding of photos in reports and improve safety of lone working surveyors.

Manage a maintenance department of approximately 9 people. Create plans and instruct staff to carry out vital for PPM (Planned, Preventative Maintenance) of capital plant, organaise and prioritise for various breakdowns, organise new installation of equipment and buildings, oversee major projects baing carried out by Project Engineers.

Responsible for all new projects within a large factory. Installations varied from localised work to major plant installations from international suppliers

Responsible for repairs of overhead cranes, plant and portable equipment (electrical bias) within a factory employing approximately 150 production staff.
