As the Coupa System's Administrator for Uniting (Vic Tas), my focus is on ensuring that Uniting's Coupa instance acts according to business operational requirements for Uniting's 1,200+ daily Coupa users. Key Achievements:- Audited and developed an operations strategy to review and align approval lines with Uniting's DOA. - Partnered with Operational teams to practically incorporate Coupa functionality into their workflows to increase efficiency. - Successfully deployed Uniting's first invoice bulk upload, potentially saving hundreds of staff hours monthly. - Scoped and developed a proposal to replace the "middleware" integration for Dynamics 365 and Coupa.- Audited and applied fixes to Uniting's aging SQL and Power-Automate connections to ensure the continued communication of information between Uniting's ERM and Coupa. - Developed and deployed a staff resource SharePoint to create an interactive guided learning experience for hundreds of new Coupa users.- Upgraded the "Coupa Help" staff servicing system into a formalized ICT Service Desk, greatly increasing the response time and "closing" of staff related queries. - Created a resource library, documents registry and implemented RACI file management procedures on all Coupa related material within the organization.

Over the past 8 years my role at TPAV has evolved from creating TPAV’s social media presence to being their ICT Project Officer and a point of contact for IT administration and cybersecurity escalation.
