I am an experienced Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager and Management professional that has moved to Australia to start a new career as a Project Manager or Service delivery Manager. I have most recently been employed as a Service Delivery Manager for EOS IT Solutions, where I served as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters whilst driving project results to satisfy large scale clients.As part of my broad remit, I was directly responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of multiple projectsI was also directly responsible for leading both Internal and External Project Kick-off meetings, implementing cost-effective Change Management procedures, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, and preparing project reports as requested by Sr. Project Manager and Program Manager, whilst completing the tasking and Documentation of projects via Jira, Sage X3 & Salesforce.As a metrics focused leader, problem solver and project manager, I have a common-sense approach to solving problems and issues that may arise, coupled with strong prioritization and planning skills and astute ability to approach problems in creative and analytical ways, synthesizing solutions that are functional, cost-effective, and realistic. I hold a BEng Mechanical Engineering (2:1) from Queen’s University, Belfast, Ireland, and I have also completed a PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification in Project Management, an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist and the White Card course. Highly proficient in the daily use of SolidEdge 3D Modelling and AutoCAD & Autodesk Revit.
