• Independently managed, prioritised and accurately processed major loss claims from cradle to grave between values of £100k to £1.5m, received via phone or email, including the identification and management of fraud and subrogation.
• Collaborated with contractors, accountants, surveyors, underwriters, brokers, solicitors and loss adjusters to provide customers with the support they needed and managed indemnity spend.
• Worked with underwriters to provide claims insight; analysed, identified and shared claims trends and policy wording issues which improved policy wordings and created new products.
