Running a short term enterprise which won county and regional finals to become 1 of 12 UK finalists. Community was at the core of our business by creating a town independent store discount card to encourage local shoppers.This Improved the previously falling footfall through independent stores in comparison with the growing presence of multi-national firms within the town.My role included: - Managing accounts.- Overseeing projects/managing a small team to ensure sufficient funds were available.- Providing a full financial report for our company portfolio as part of the assessment process.
