At RAA I worked as part of a team focused on the interior architecture for the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center, a major new cultural project in Yekaturinberg, Russia, which includes a museum, retail and a conference centre. Developing strategies for the use of materials, construction, lighting and furniture. Creating highly realistic renderings of internal and external spaces for presentation to the client and design

Working mainly in the high end residential sector my duties included:- Design development- Creating and editing working drawings - Construction detailing- Creating 3d renderings (both for presentation and design development) - Researching/specifying suitable products - Site visits. In this position I was expected to play an integral role in the design team for a developer, working independently, and as part of a team, producing high-quality work to tight deadlines. Working on projects at various stages from initial feasibility studies to detailed construction drawings.

Creating realistic 3d animations and stills for large, mixed-use, regeneration projects including Liverpool/Wirral Waters and Gloucester Quays. During my time in this role I have taken my knowledge of 3d packages to the next level, so that I can now create more realistic representations of designs. I have also honed my presentation skills and can now produce work that both looks more attractive and also more effectively communicates ideas, visually.

Working in a small practice, I was an important part of the team, experiencing projects at every stage of the design and construction process, from initial proposals to working drawings and technical detailing and then later attending site visits.
