In this role, I played a key part in managing discovery scope items - unplanned issues requiring rapid resolution. This included coordinating the retubing of heat exchangers, fabrication of spools, valve replacements, and preparation of hot and cold work packs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.I also supported the Flawless Delivery Process, an assurance framework ensuring all critical work packs were completed, reviewed, and signed off before equipment reinstatement and commissioning. This meticulous approach safeguarded the integrity of operations and contributed to the successful execution of these complex shutdowns.

As a Design and Applications Engineer at FormFlow, I played a pivotal role in establishing and optimising our 2D and 3D modeling processes, ensuring precision and efficiency in our design workflows. I managed project delivery data, including the development of detailed 3D structural models and the preparation of production manufacturing data for supplier collaboration. During my internship at Thornton Engineering, I gained hands-on experience in programming and operating CNC steel processing equipment, including Kaltenbach multidirectional drills and saws, linear punch and shear machines, and both linear and 3D plasma cutting and welding IGM equipment. This role allowed me to develop a strong understanding of advanced manufacturing processes and precision steel fabrication.I collaborated closely with production engineers and technical staff, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of structural and vessel-based projects. This included optimising workflows, troubleshooting equipment performance, and maintaining quality standards for critical components.
