I manage the in-house Design Team consisting of a Registered Architect and multiple Architecture Graduates. I help coordinate each project through the design process. I work closely with our in-house Interior Designer and Estimators to ensure each project runs smoothly through the design process. I coordinate the engineering of each project along with finalizing documentation which involves working with the Town Planners, Building Surveyors and Fire Engineers to ensure we have our building permits issued on time. Day-to-day I managing the schedules for our design process ensuring that projects flow through the process in a timely manner and all the relevant stakeholders are brought into the project at the right time.

- Design and services coordination.- Contract administration.- Resolving procurement issues suppliers and subcontractors.- Manage sample approvals between subcontractors/suppliers and Architect/Client.- Shop drawing review with Architect & Engineer (services, joinery & precast).- Review consultant reports to ensure adherence - ESD/Sustainability Management, Fire Engineer, Acoustic, DDA, etc. - Source and prepare and Building Permit documentation at beginning of project, Occupancy Permit documentation at completion of project.- Assisting site team with general problem solving with daily site issues. - Preparation of Operation and Maintenance information.- Managed fit out of common areas on Element Hotel project.- OH&S site inductions.

Urubamba District, Cusco Region, Peru

I worked in a small team in Peru which managed and coordinated volunteers. Our volunteers were from various organisations across Australia, UK and Europe, and varied from gap year students, groups of university students and people taking a career break. My role included project budgeting, project planning and scheduling, developing our English curriculum and resources for volunteers, managing social media and promotion of programs, and providing volunteer support. I would personally pick volunteers up from the airport, take them to their home stay accommodation, brief them on their project and give them the resources to plan lessons. I would also stay in the same accommodation which was a culturally rich experience.
