During my time at NAB I held the position of Delivery Manager assigned to the Labs Division - Launched NAB QuickBiz to market https://nabquickbizloan.nab.com.au- Built a framework to allow experiments from Labs to be managed through to a production asset if required- Worked to accelerate cloud adoption safely by creating new patterns that would allow application teams to deliver faster

As CTO of Thomas Duryea I was responsible for;- All project delivery across Australia- All Go to Market Offerings- Vendor ManagementDuring my time at Thomas Duryea we grew from a small business up to a max of 160 staff before being purchased by Logicalis - Thomas Duryea's strength was it's dedication to customers which was displayed through customers who have been trading with TD since it started business.

During my time as the National Practice Manager I;- Improved lead quality, pre-sales and project quality - Improved overall project quality and reduced amount of project overrun by introducing new quality control measures and a peer mentoring process for engineers.- Improved the efficiency and quality of our pre-sales process by introducing standardized design templates, project plans and guides for sales teams to understand how to position technologies within customers environments

Ethan Group work on behalf of their customer’s to develop solutions to meet business goals. Once a solution has been developed Ethan seek the best products in the marketplace to meet those goals and implement the solution ensuring customer satisfaction along the entire process. This position allowed me to expand my skill set by providing me with a wide range of customers to work with and business issues to resolve. My role was to setup the Consulting and Pre-Sales function, introducing standardization into Ethan Groups documentation and proposal writing process whilst training their Senior Engineer’s in consulting and business analysis. Whilst structuring the Consulting and Pre-Sales team I was responsible for all large tenders as well as working with the existing customer base to provide consulting and architecture services. Whilst being pre-sales focused I was also part of the overall Account Team for Ethan Groups customers, filling in as a Technical Account Manager for some of their larger customers. This involved me working with the Quoting Team to ensure the accuracy of the BOM’s distributed to customers along with the overall account profitability. I was also reasonable for mentoring Engineers in customer focused writing and presentation skills along with coaching them on career progression.

During my time with PKBA my primary business functions were; Working with clients and sales team to understand business requirements and provide technology based solutions to suit Completing ICT Strategy & Review Documents Conducting Systems Architecture & Review Documents Since July PKBA has undergone considerable internal changes to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of projects; I have been involved in overhauling our process’ and procedures to ensure successful delivery of professional services to our customers My main focus has been on Victoria but I have been required to travel interstate to work on large sales and consulting pieces.

During this time with Invizage Technology I fulfilled all the functions of a technical specialist (looking after any issues that are abnormal or more difficult than L1 and L2 engineers can respond to). During this time I was responsible for setting up a training lab for all technical staff to use, as my budget was very low I decided to implement free and open source software to help ensure that the small amount of hardware we had could be used efficiently, I implemented a combination of VMware’s server product as well as Xen virtualization, as Invizage had offices across all states I decided to use the combination of a terminal server and a custom web page to allow access to the training lab from anywhere in Australia.
