My passion is to unlock others' full potential, build successful working relationships and foster a culture of growth and development in as many people as I can.I am an experienced educator and project coordinator with multiple areas of responsibility, as well as senior leadership and management experience. I am multilingual (English, Welsh, Spanish, French) and thrive when engaging in projects and initiatives that have meaningful impact and purpose.With a decade of experience in primary education, I have personally mentored and supported hundreds of learners with a wide range of abilities and needs to make meaningful progress with their academic, social and emotional development.Alongside my teaching role, I apply my skills in leadership and management to coordinate a range of projects and initiatives that have positive long-term impact.When class is dismissed, you will more than likely find me on the golf course, in the mountains or visiting interesting places near and far. A keen golfer since childhood, I maintain a 6 handicap and follow professional golf avidly. I love skiing in winter and hiking in warmer weather. Travel is a key part of my life, which allows me to experience as many cultures, cuisines and activities as I can.
