Digital M was a marketing and commercial production company in Australia. I was a founder of the company in 2017. I would oversee all aspects of the operation from client meetings, concept creation, pre and post-production, and work with all clients to achieve the most effective marketing and content strategies. I sold the company in 2019 to move to Sweden.Key Achievements:  Produced the largest drift event commercial in Australia. Became a profitable new business within 60 days.

KTF was a short but incredibly impactful role. Within this role, I was responsible for the business's overall operations—a particularly challenging task with three directors whom all had different ways of achieving the company goals. I also head the sales department closing high ticket clients on $2-$50k+ packages.

Fletcher insulation is Australias largest insulation manufacturer. As a territory manager, my role was to manage over 300 accounts across three territories. I was on the road full time working autonomously. Fundamental responsibilities were Business development, B2B sales, B2C sales, develop and set sales targets. Negotiation of rebate schemes and customer account pricing, liaise with the marketing team to create effective marketing schemes and develop and execute call cycle/plans.

Dedicated Travel Corporation tailoring travel programs to suit the unique needs of businesses with expert account management.Key responsibilities in this role were to develop strategies to execute sales targets, maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients, manage sales budgets and set targets, account management and BDM, work effectively with various department BDM's, manage new product and content releases and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Key Achievements: Increased business revenue by an average of $100.000 per month throughout my five months with the company.

Flight Centre is Australias leading travel agency where consultants organise anything from complete tailor-made holidays globally to domestic fights and everything in between. While with FCTG, I moved to multiple positions through promotions and sideways steps into new businesses under the same company banner. The noteworthy inclusions of this position were managing a sales team of up to 16 people. However, more importantly, was coaching and mentoring those teams to be as successful as they could be as individuals. I would plan expense budgets above $120k per month alongside managing the team.
