My first love and passion will always be Culinary Arts & Baking. For years I have navigated and worked my way to becoming the professional chef I have always imagined myself. I have worked in nurmerous restaurants- working from Front of the House to Back of the House and different classes. I have worked in Applebee's, Allonda, Chef’s Club, and a few other restaurants I took a step back to focus what came to me more naturally. That was fitness, along with basketball. I still read, practice, and learn on my culinary skills at home. That aspect of me will be awakening- till then Fitness and Basketball are my passions I am working on the most.I use to be overweight. 5'10", 250 lbs. in my early 20's. I was always atheltic and active, but I became inactive around that time of my life. The dream body I've longed desire before I became inactive, has now strengthened. I became self-motivated,disciplined, and dedicated. Add consistency with that, you got 200 lbs of abs and muscle. Calisthenics and weightlifting is my main focus within fitness. I love exercising and I am very passionate and dedicated to myself, along the different ways I want to express fitness to people and the world. Hard work and soul is what I put into anything I do. So world- be ready for me, because I got somthing for ya'll to see. Growing up in Queens, my best friend, Agabus got me into playing basketball. There was never a single park in sight-that had a basketball court- which wasn't played on. I loved going ouside knowing I was going to stumble upon great competition and spend hours running the courts under the sun every summer. As the years went by, less courts have been used and competition weared away. The basketball content I have created is to unite New York City to playing basketball again on the streets of New York- outdoors, but also indoors. With this content, I will be comming across all ball players, courts, gyms, therapists, and other aspects of basketball. There are other platforms I want to create for basketball that are not present. There.s no "I" in team, especially in a team sport. For this dream of mine, my great friend and forever my partner-in-crime for basketball, Sean will be helping me turn this into a reality. New York is mine, and im comming for it.
