Currently working in High Performance Sport as a Performance Analyst for the UK Sports Institute in support of British Cycling and the Great Britain Cycling Team where we deliver world leading performance analysis services to GBCT Olympic & Paralympic programmes. Alongside this, I completed a Masters degree at University of Chester, aiming to use my learnings directly towards my day to day role to aid & support performances at the Great Britain Cycling Team.I’ve been involved within the world of cycling since 2017, having previously worked as the Events Officer for Welsh Cycling - National Governing Body for Cycling in Wales - alongside being the Lead Timing Operative at cycling events all across Wales.I am also a venue commentator at national events, having previously commentated at events like The Women’s Tour, Junior Tour of Wales, Welsh National Events and Snowdonia Marathon - I am always open and looking for new opportunities within this world.Having graduated Cardiff Metropolitan University with an Upper Second-Class Honours in Sport Performance Analysis, I have hands-on experience within the world of high performance sport having co-lead the University’s Women’s Football Team.

Sports Venue CommentatorFreelance Dec 2018 - PresentThrough attending cycling events within my role at Welsh Cycling, it has presented myself with new and exciting opportunities. One of these was the opportunity of being a venue commentator at National events.From Welsh Championships events to Junior Tour of Wales and the UCI's Womens Tour, I have enhanced my commentary experiences at cycling events and it's a role I have a deep passion for. I have also done some race commentary at other sporting events such as the ever-popular Snowdonia Marathon.

Lead Timing OperativeWelsh Cycling Dec 2017 - Jan 2021Newport, United KingdomWithin this role, I aid race organisers, specifically National Championships and off-road series events, with taking leadership of the electronic timing of their events. This significantly increases the ease of race results and its accuracy of rider information within races, in which in return gives all organisers a peace of mind and wonderful data to work with for the enhancement of entertainment within the event. Travelling all around Wales, the timing system can be used at any given event and customer satisfaction is of a very high level.In addition to being responsible for the timing system, I was also responsible for the training and development of new operatives coming in to further support events.

We filmed, captured, and coded training sessions and competitive matches twice a week and then applied that to a report where we used it as feedback for coaches and the players.
