Key tasks include creating… Show more The Airbus Digital Workplace team aims at making a significant and positive impact on the way employees work, collaborate and share information, supported by new digital tools and technologies. As the change and adoption leader for the Google Workspace programme, I'm responsible for ensuring that all employees company wide are made aware of these new technologies, learn how to work with them, and optimise their ways of working and collaboration with others. Key tasks include creating dedicated change plans, ensuring the delivery of all change management activities, measuring user adoption through metrics and ensuring further user adoption through continuous improvement together with the Product teams.I am also responsible for leading the change management team within the decommissioning programme, ensuring a smooth removal of MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and Cisco Webex licenses from all users by 2023 whilst ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.Outside of my main role, I also foster innovation within the team via the Airbus Innovation Catalyst Network, actively support inclusion and diversity topics via our Balance for Business ERG, support the Airbus community for professional membership & registration, participate in Airbus' STEM outreach activities and host an internal Airbus podcast on technology, innovation and transformation topics.
