As the change and adoption leader for the Google Workspace programme, I'm responsible for ensuring that all employees company wide are made aware of these new technologies, learn how to work with them, and optimise their ways of working and collaboration with others. Key tasks include creating dedicated change plans, ensuring the delivery of all change management activities, measuring user adoption through metrics and ensuring further user adoption through continuous improvement together with the Product teams.I am also responsible for leading the change management team within the decommissioning programme, ensuring a smooth removal of MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and Cisco Webex licenses from all users by 2023 whilst ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.Outside of my main role, I also foster innovation within the team via the Airbus Innovation Catalyst Network, actively support inclusion and diversity topics via our Balance for Business ERG, support the Airbus community for professional membership & registration, participate in Airbus' STEM outreach activities and host an internal Airbus podcast on technology, innovation and transformation topics. The QEPrize Global Engineering Ambassadors Network is an international network of young engineers (graduate students and early career engineers) from both business and academic institutions who help promote both the prize and engineering as a career. As well as being an ambassador, I have also sat on the QE Prize Young Search Group and represented the prize at the 2014 Frontiers of Engineering conference in Brazil.

Part of EYE Management Board, contributing to the overall strategy and operations of EYE. Responsible for leading the Public Relations department which has the collective reponsibility for all external communication including the website, social media and EYEcontact e-newsletter.
