Key tasks include creating dedicated change plans, ensuring the delivery of all change management activities, measuring user adoption through metrics and ensuring further user adoption through continuous improvement together with the Product teams.I am also responsible for leading the change management team within the decommissioning programme, ensuring a smooth removal of MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and Cisco Webex licenses from all users by 2023 whilst ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.Outside of my main role, I also foster innovation within the team via the Airbus Innovation Catalyst Network, actively support inclusion and diversity topics via our Balance for Business ERG, support the Airbus community for professional membership & registration, participate in Airbus' STEM outreach activities and host an internal Airbus podcast on technology, innovation and transformation topics. Active member of the Wales South East Local Network where I chaired the Young Professionals Section, managed communications, helped organise events, planned budgets and conducted schools outreach work. I chaired the South Wales Area Forum and helped with events and communications in the Wales South West Local Network. I also represented the IET on the Welsh Government Cross Party Group for Science & Technology and on the Wales Festival of Innovation Stakeholder Group.

The QEPrize Global Engineering Ambassadors Network is an international network of young engineers (graduate students and early career engineers) from both business and academic institutions who help promote both the prize and engineering as a career. As well as being an ambassador, I have also sat on the QE Prize Young Search Group and represented the prize at the 2014 Frontiers of Engineering conference in Brazil.

Part of EYE Management Board, contributing to the overall strategy and operations of EYE. Responsible for leading the Public Relations department which has the collective reponsibility for all external communication including the website, social media and EYEcontact e-newsletter. I was responsible for the station's compliance with our Ofcom broadcast license and was a director of the spin-out community interest company, VCS Trading Ltd.

Responsible for audio production of the stations' community urban soap opera, Sophia Square which was shortlisted for three prestigious radio industry awards.
