Key duties and responsibilities:Team leadership for UK Student Recruitment, Events and Enquiries, including eight direct reports at Senior Officer level.Ownership over UK Student Recruitment strategy, developing, adapting and monitoring said strategy through a range of KPIs and data led approaches to maintain and grow top-of-funnel prospects entering the student recruitment journey.Management of Senior Conversion Officer, working to ensure that top-of-funnel prospects are nurtured through the student prospect journey, signposting them to clear interactions and interventions to successfully convert into applicants. Many of these interactions are also facilitated through the UK Student Recruitment team.Developer of UK Student Recruitment faculty liaison strategy.Monitor and report on internal admissions, UCAS insight, and DataHE data to inform both strategic decisions and staff resource management.Alongside Senior Events Officer, ensure that Open Days are both successful and fit for purpose, and that conversion from booking to attendance remains above sector average.Seek and develop closer working relationships through feeder schools and colleges at senior level, including the development and ongoing management of progression agreements to Solent University.Work with Marketing to identify opportunities with potential feeder targets, maximising resource usage within and without key recruitment 'zones'.

Key duties and responsibilities:Responsible for central strategic oversight of faculty Recruitment and Outreach (R&O) activity.Team leader within the central R&O team.Utilise CRM, internal admissions data, UCAS Exact, DataHE, and other data sets to strategically identify and target priority schools and colleges for faculty R&O activity.Ensure that faculty activity is accurately reported directly into numerous strategic documents, including the Access and Participation plan, the Recruitment Operational Plan, and Faculty R&O plans.Identify opportunities for faculty engagement at major UK recruitment events, including UCAS, UK Uni Search, and WhatUniLive.Identify and respond to gaps within faculty R&O provision, working across teams to develop innovative and reactive activities or events.Chair of the cross-University R&O faculty practitioners working group, working to maintain best practice across faculty and to provide a suitable avenue for identifying R&O activity potential.Work with the Marketing and Campaigns team to identify additional campaign opportunities to supportfaculty recruitment activity.In collaboration with the Digital Communications lead, develop nurture plans for subject specific teachers and advisors within target schools and colleges.
