Staff Management & Development: Under my leadership, the SEND team grew by an impressive 300%. I was responsible for recruiting, coaching, and managing the SEND department. This role has focussed on a complete revamp and redesign of PSHE provision within a large Grammar school. We are currently in stage 2 of the revamp where I research and create 10 PowerPoints a week for over 40 staff members to deliver to Years 7-11. These resources are made in accordance with the latest government guidance on Sex, Relationships and Health Education, as well as best practice from the PSHE Association.Additionally, the role has required me to evaluate the Intent, Implementation and Impact of our Provision, and roadmap further improvements for future years. The role includes control of a whole school PSHE budget. This includes funds to as invite key external speakers and educational platforms into school to enhance provision and outcomes for the students, or to train staff.Due to lockdown restrictions in 2020/2021, this role also required me to plan, record and edit online digital assemblies. These were delivered via the YouTube platform
