● Working alongside battery lead and frame lead to create a container that is able to hold all the battery modules, while fitting into the frame● Determining an accurate and easy manufacturing method for the container● Designing an IP65 rated (water resistant) lid, and selecting the installation method of the wall, floor and top insulation● Working with AMS lead and accumulator lead to package low voltage and high voltage wires● Conducting FEA on the container to test if it's able to withstand 20 g's of vertical acceleration, and 40 g's of longitudinal and lateral acceleration, and making any design changes depending on FEA results● Communicating with ground low voltage, shutdown circuit and motor subsystems to package other electrical components and wiring

● Designed enclosures to protect vital electrical components of the racecar such as the shutdown circuit, TSAL, TSMP, and more● 3D printed each enclosure using a variety of filaments such as PLA, PETG and ABS● Conducted a water-test to ensure each enclosure met the IP65 rating requirements

● Contacted various companies regarding a sponsorship for high voltage insulated tools (successfully obtained sponsorship with Wiha Tools)● Worked alongside 4 other members to create a pitch presentation

● Designed accumulator mounts, and conducted FEA using Solidworks to ensure a minimum factor of safety of 2.5 was met under 20 g’s of vertical acceleration and 40 g’s of acceleration in the lateral and longitudinal direction ● Responsible for creating a waterproof lid for the accumulator which meets the IP65 rating requirements● Conducted FEA on the accumulator container to ensure the designed geometry would meet a minimum factor of safety of 1.5 under the previously stated accelerations

● Designed the wing mounts and tabs required to attach the wings to the chassiss as well as any required jiggs (such as an aero jig to mock tab placement for frame welding)● Assisted front wing and rear wing leads with the design of the wing rib or any structural end ribs for the wing elements ● Designed mounts for the front and rear wings of an F1 Style racecar● Utilized Solidworks and ANSYS to conduct FEA on the designed mounts, ensuring that a minimum factor of safety of 2 was met● Conducted topology study on wing mounts and ribs of FSAE-style racecar to reduce material weight, while maintaining a factor of safety of 2
