Over the last 10 years I have built, managed, and directed a 50 seat telesales office, overhauled the field services department of a Inc 500 company, building it to a team of over 120 field technicians installing over 500 new systems per week, and assisted in the creation of a comprehensive technician training platform designed to standardize customer engagement across a national installer base. The fusion of sales process and operational expertise enables me to coordinate and manage the customer creation cycle from generation through fulfillment in a uniquely comprehensive manner, which creates smoother customer acquisition and retention. As a leader I build with a bottom up philosophy, training my leaders to serve those they are responsible for, while intensely advocating a character over charisma approach. I believe in developing people, cross-collaborating as much as possible, and measuring everything. Regardless of the organization, it is my enduring ambition to empower businesses to create and deliver excellence in both product and service.

Expanded the Culture of the Sales department. Helped reestablish the standard of Morals, Values and Vision expected from a high level sales staff. Managed 40+ Sales professionals, involving script-writing, training, hiring, firing and motivating. Taking the new culture to a higher level of expectations.

Created and Managed the most successful and most productive "Opening" Survey office for VMS Alarms. We produced an average 25-40 Installations a week with an average of 3 installs per rep. Keeping Cost Per Install below expected Ratio and retention of employees past the normal standard.
