With over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, payroll, and corporate services, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the financial and administrative functions of Dwellings Group, a leading retail & distribution company in Trinidad and Tobago. As the Head of Finance & Administration, I manage the monthly presentation of financial and operational activities to the board of directors and the holding company, prepare management and fund reports, and ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the country. I also handle the human resources, team leadership, and small business development aspects of the organization, as well as act as the country liaison and the chief executive officer. I hold a master's degree in business administration from Anglia Ruskin University, a professional certification in labor and industrial relations from Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, and an ACCA qualification from the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
