1. Managing a portfolio of 900 HNI clients with a CASA balance of INR 2+ millions.2 .Providing financial solutions basis clients potential and value-added customer services.3. Understanding how a product survives through the market and monitoring customer acceptance.5. Verification of certain relevant documents like KYC, IPS , Risk profiler to clarify customer details.6. Review the inflows and outflows in the HNI accounts .7. Provide insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings. 8. Handling Banking Ombudsman and RBI escalations, and provide resolution to customers within the given TAT.9. Managing and handling relationship between departments (such as authorizations fraud control unit, business enhancement Units, merchant Services, credits and collections) and clients, for faster resolution of queries and business solutions.10. Ensuring clients needs related to service and sales is met through calls or emails by having good relationship between various departments of the bank. 11. Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets (Home loan & Auto loans), Increasing TD balance, NRI Pro deposits, Mutual fund advisory.
