I provide the technical expertise related to report writing and understanding the supplier service reports. Action requirements that are raised in the reports and at times run the projects related to such repairs. During my time at BFM, I held various positions and are familiar with most of the engineering solutions installed in commercial buildings.· Engagement with client groups at all levels.· Use service records to assist client with compilation of yearly Capex and Opex maintenance budgets.· Interpret the client’s operational expectations to ensure good customer satisfaction.· Deliver on client strategic projects in engineering and office fit outs, from design to close-out.· Ensure handover packs are submitted and CAFM system updated to close-out projects.· Supply data for annual sustainability report· Compile incident reports as and when required.

I started my own company in June 2008, doing general maintenance and automation. In August 2009, I completed my diploma in commercial refrigeration, domestic refrigeration, and air-conditioning. In the starting two years, I continued general maintenance and added commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning to my field of expertise. With my combined knowledge in electricity and refrigeration, I specialise in the installation and repair of air-cons and commercial refrigeration units ranging from cold/freezer rooms to smaller applications such as ice making machines. Together with sub-contractors and Engineers, I offered my customers the full maintenance solution, specialising in repairs and installations of plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and air-conditioning as well as all general maintenance applications, gate and garage automation, CCTV, electric fencing and more.
