 Receiving all requests from the top Corporate clients via telephone and E-mail (Customer base includes Nedbank Group, Woolworths group, Edcon Group and Fochini Group) Validate all information client provides and getting all additional information required Ensuring all client requests get processed ( Client requests included: New requests, progress reports, Account queries, Information on products and services, Requests on pricing, Quotations) Updating clients on progress of all requests Issuing of Quotations for services new and existing add-ons Being part of a project team to improve customer service( this included all related Project Management functions) Attending customer meetings Ensuring Customers and internal staff co-ordinated in line with client requests

Tasks:Testing of all services for top corporate clients (Diginet, Martis, Analogue, Private Wires, ISDN, ADSL, Flexnet, Saponet, Telephone Services)Fault finding on all reported services for top corporate clientsDispatching of faults to relevant centres' where technicians needs to go to sitesGiving telephonic assistance to dispatched techniciansUpdating clients on outstanding fault conditionsEscalation up to Executive levels an all required conditionsMaintaining all cleared conditions to ensure correct stats are submitted to the systemOutstanding conditions reports for all ABSA, Ellerines, Standard Bank, Foschini's and Imperial clients twice dailyTime reports on conditions outstanding timesStanding in on meetings and acting as Manager on regular basisWriting of operating procedure documentsWriting of training manualsMonth end managers reports on call centre and testing centre statisticsData clean-up to reflect correct outage durations on all cleared conditionsOn-the-Job training
