• Procurement, both local and imported materials from different sources within minimum lead time.• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance. • Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. • Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process. • Projecting stock levels. • Reviewing tenders and bids. • Controlling the purchasing budget. • Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time. • Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment. • Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company. • Conduct presentations to upper level management regarding various marketing opportunities.• Handle all operational area encompassing marketing, sales, ordering, inventory control and customer services.• Coordinated effort of marketing team to grow annual sales, which is reviewed monthly.• Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers. • Developing sourcing strategies. • Managing commodity cost initiatives. • Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices. • Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers. • Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate. • Delegating projects and tasks to junior staff. • Promoting best practice across the company. • Overseeing staff training.• Prepare bidding documents for tender with different Govt., Semi-Govt. and Non-Govt. organizations.• Prepare Official Letter, Memo & maintain official documents.• Maintain all necessary processes for customers, Tax & VAT related works.
