Missions: RAN Swap Performance Engineer,Duties:• Responsible for swapped site performance monitoring and highlighting any issues risking the swap.• Ensure the networks are optimized and running at customer agreed performance targets.• Worst performing cells analysis and recommendations for cases of high drops, low call setup success rate, HO_Quality, HSR, Traffic and congestion on TCH or SDCCH• Highlighting any coverage and quality issues during equipment swap out which could affect seamless perception of Djezzy customers.• Responsible for sites acceptance submitted by Huawei, and verify KPIs are met and performance of the sites are not deteriorated after the swap.• Resolution of customer complaints regarding coverage and poor quality of services due to swap.• As needed, provide real-time support to the resolution of major outages.

Missions: Support 2G/2.5G optimization activities,Duties:• Support 2G/2.5G optimization activities, RF Performance and KPI monitoring• Cell Configuration Upgrate\Downgrate to decrease TCH Congestion after a new promotion of INWI. • Perform regular benchmarking competitor drive test measurement & analysis using Nemo Investigation.• Daily Cell and BSC Level performance overview and solution preparing for critical issues.• Change Parameters of the BTS & BSC Level for the whole Network to improve CSSR and decrease load on the BSC.• Cell Level optimization of the Worst cells of the Network based upon the Worst cell list prepared.• Extracting of worst cells according to strict Grade Of Service guidelines, finding and resolution of their problems by specification and tracking of work orders (parametric or mechanical)• Problems of bad quality, handover failures and drop calls, and thus provide solution to such problems. • Analyzed Drive tests and made fine-tuning by changing BSS parameters, antenna, tilt, azimuth, frequency, Concentric cell, Directed Retry, Half Rate, CRO,….etc.• Diagnose all RF related problems such as interference, Drop call, SD failure, HO failure, missing neighbours, etc• Work Order’s execution. • Performing GPRS/EDGE optimizing and analysis in order to improve data packet service.• Monitoring Quality & Network’s Performance in order to achieve KPI standard of Customer (INWI).

Missions: 3G Project (Swap and Modernization).Duties:• BSS Modernization for Algiers Area• Change RBS 2000 to RBS6000.• Change antenna dual band to antenna tree bands, or Mono band to Dual Band.• Improving KPIs (Random Access (RACH) Success, PCH, LAU-SR, SDCCH-CONG, SDCCH-DR, TCH-CONG, TCH-DR, HOSR) • Check Transmission alarms and the hardware problems using OSS and Business Objects.• Detecting and investigate on the different problems. 1-Interference problem. 2-Coverage problem. 3-Hardware problem using OSS and Business Objects. 4-Transmission alarms using OSS and Business Objects.• Analyse drive test and solve any problem observed after swap.• Check the clusters and maintain the KPI after swap execution.
