 Preparation of proposals based on project assignments received from the Divisional Manager to develop a project task list to define the scope of work and participating in presentations to clients Understand the requirements of the contract and assigning project tasks, budgets and schedules to design team members Provide technical guidance and assist in the development of junior level staff Verify the accuracy and quality of all technical work Monitor project tasks to maintain budget, schedule and scope of work Prepare written reports and correspondence to client, consultant, subcontracts. Tender costing for operation and maintenance of reverse osmosis desalination plant, sewage treatment plant, sewage water distribution network.

 Manages the Initiation and Planning of a project: Reviews and understands the signed contract and obligations on company - Develops, clarifies and manages project scope - Collects the required project information from all departments - Gets team leaders’ approval on the technical requirements - Holds a meeting with the client (Kick off Meeting). - Develops project charter, project schedule, project budget and the needed resources. - Identifies risk and develops mitigation plans. Manages the execution, Monitoring and Control of a Projects: Facilitates follows up, and monitors project activities in daily or task-based level and intensively at End-of-Phases - Manages transition between phases - Controls changes in the scope of work - Evaluates the project performance - Develops project reports (status, performance, final, .. etc) and defines actions required on variance analysis, status, budget, and staffing - Follows up approvals for deliverables & projects - Maintains contact with project’s service providers, partners and freelance resources to ensure timely activity, and integration - Monitors the budget and expenditure on the project to ensure adherence to the original cost estimates.  Manages the closure of a Projects: Obtains the Final Acceptance from the customer - Closes all procurement obligations and procedures - Produces final closure report with Lessons Learned report

 Establishment a complete water testing laboratory. I have arranged complete facilities to Analyze Drinking water (as per WHO Standard), Well water / underground water / Sea water ( for designing the R.O. Plant) and Waste water as well as to design waste water treatment and recycling plant. The Laboratory is completed with Hach Co. USA equipments and is completely capable to perform the analysis as mentioned above. Operation and maintenance scheduling and team supervision of reverse osmosis plants:o Group Meublatex EL Mouradi hotels: Selima club hotel SWRO plant capacity 1200 m3/day, El Mouradi Palace hotel SWRO plant capacity 800 m3/day and El Mouradi Jerba Menzel hotel SWRO plant capacity 1600 m3/day. ( RO plants Brand HOH water technology).  Design and surveying of sewage treatment plant capacity 700 m3/day for LE CAVALIER dyeing company. Design and installation supervision of Sludge filter press for LE CAVALIER water treatment plant. Establishment of environmental impact assessment of several industrial projects (Dyeing projects, Oil service station, poultry). Chemical, and biological water analysis
