- Help plan and execute all SEM, marketing database, email marketing, mobile app, social media & display ad campaigns.- Track, measure & report perfomance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.- Analyze campaigns, recommend solution to line manager and help translate into plans as well as actions for ongoing campaign improvement.- Work with stakeholders from both brands to help design, build, plan, and maintain a high quality and relevant social media content across both brands to cover key platforms with agreed objectives and KPIs. Help amplify events/activities and campaigns online.- Ensure high brand awareness and brand compliance for all online assets created/developed- Accountability for achievement of KPIs and targets throughout the year.- Collaborate, support and work closely with immediate Country Marketing Team and Operational Management team to ensure meeting of business objectives and KPIs- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Help plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B testing)- Collaborate with Regional Marketing on website enhancements and strategies to optimize user experience and imrpove SEO.- Work with Regional Marketing team on other projects/platforms/systems or initiatives when required to meet overall marketing and business objectives and KPIs- Collaborate with digital, creative and media agencies and work with external vendors and effectively maange ROI to ensure cost effectiveness for the business- Keep a breast with emerging technologies and adoption or suitability for the business
