A simple yet powerful tool that manages leave tracking, scheduling, payroll, expenses, benefits, performance and more with ease.My part was- Assisted in implementation and configuration of systems for multiple clients, ensuring accurate data migration and system functionality- Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions to enhance user understanding and maximize utilization of the systems- Trained and educated new and existing customer on product utilization best practices- Facilitate communications on all business request and issues to ensure client satisfaction- Identify and troubleshot issues that clients faced when using our product- Build and maintain long-term relationships clients make sure clients will always happy using our product- End-to-end product testing; work directly with sales and development teams to accommodate client request regarding the system (QA)- Involve creating user guides and training materials to facilitate user adoption and promote self-service utilization

- Assist the HRD and GA team in day-to-day administrative tasks including payroll data, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations with human resource integrated systems- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Support the recruitment process such as scheduling interviews- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations

- Calculate individual income Tax art. 21 - Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and contracts for each project to ensure financial stability- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

- Assist tax consultants in conducting research on tax laws and regulations including newest Director General Regulation, Minister of Finance Regulation to support company, client engagements, and ensure compliance.- Aid in preparing and reviewing report tax returns for individuals - Calculate and prepare Income Tax art. 26- Work closely with team to organize and maintain tax records, documentation, and files for various client engagements.
