Ria Moore is a Strategic operations visionary in the government, commercial and education arenas at MPF FEDERAL LLC. Colleagues describe her as "I have worked with Ria for more than 10 years at HeiTech Services as she has progressed in her roles up to VP of Operations overseeing all of the program management at HeiTech. She also plays a role as one of the core proposal writers being the fastest and best writer in the company. As a result, a large part of HeiTech’s successes in both current operations as well as winning business can be attributed to her. Ria is one of the core reasons why I enjoy working with HeiTech and she helps to enable success in my role. In addition, she is extremely hard working, thoughtful, and a people person working well with anyone regardless of whether it is cordial or a needed confrontation in a leader role or as a peer.
