Followed company procedures to ensure the safety of staff and attendees.• Scheduled and coordinated 70+ invite only sessions within the 2019 Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo. This involved working with many internal stakeholders as well as venue and AV vendors to ensure each session was exactly what the internal stakeholder needed to drive business revenue. • A prospective NZ client signed a $120,000 membership deal attributing his attendance at the 2017 Canberra IT Summit as a main driver in his decision.• Worked with an internal stakeholder to design a one day program within a Summit in February 2020 for a client who was in danger of dropping their membership. • Negotiated with a Singapore venue to lower the accommodation room block which overall saved the event $10,000. -
