Responsible for the product roadmap, I also engage with clients, potential customers, and special projects for R&D, ensuring the roadmap reflects market demand.Responsibilities include:Product Roadmap:- Defining various products: InstaPack 3D, InstaBox 3D, The Pack Finder; technical requirements, buyer personas, client profiles, and features for each product.- Prioritizing feature development based on market and client needs.- Designing UX/UI and writing product specifications.- Creating the product roadmap per industry standards in Packaging.- Writing technical documents for grants and R&D projects nationally and in Europe.In Technical Sales and Strategic Marketing:- Conducting sales meetings and consulting with clients.- Participating in industry events for networking and client acquisition.- Assisting in pricing strategy/business model.- Market mapping, trend analysis, and competitor research.- Identifying new business niches and opportunities.- Corporate branding and visual design in digital and print.Main objectives:- Automating workflows from customer interaction to production launch.- Facilitating clients' digitalization of portfolios and integrating products into new channels/systems.- Enhancing clients' process efficiency, reducing lead times, and improving B2B sales satisfaction.Leading a 3-7 person technical team, I manage client expectations across 12 countries (mainly the EU).
