• Sourcing and screening qualified candidate as per requirements, and successfully hiring multiple roles such as Software Engineer both for backend and frontend side are using various tech stack like (Java, Nodejs.
• Explain to candidate about the job opportunity, such as: client details and businesses, responsibilities, and benefits
• Prepare candidate’s cv with all details and send it to clients
• Arrange interview with shortlisted candidate as per client’s availability
