Main role is to support the client in planning upcoming operations. Supervise Welltec’s support to client or responsible business unit. Support client in operational planning and execution. Assure that Welltec operations have the information necessary to prepare and prioritize properly.Follow up and ensure a constant high level of client`s operation and Welltec operation. Maintain relationship with client. Follow up on invoice process and contractual issues and support. Any other relevant supporting activities.Currently assigned for TOTAL E&P Indonesie and Chevron KLO

• Responsible for the planning, execution, debrief and reporting of Welltec operations. Responsible for service quality.• Ensure all Welltec operations have been approved and planned in according with Welltec’s procedures.• Obtain full user level knowledge of Welltec’s databases and software: Well Sim, Job Editor Files.• Responsilbe for ensuring that all Field Engineers have relevant education, medical permits and offshore survuval training.• Motivate and continuosly train Field Engineers in line with Welltec promotion criteria and courses.• Attend client meetings as per requirements in order to plan for upcoming operations, or brief on ongoing operations, debrief on completed work.• Ensure maximum compliance with Welltec QHSE requirements as per the Quality Management System.• Coach, support and train administrational/support staff such as Workshop Supervisor/Technician, Logistics personnel etc.• Report misruns as per procedures, through misrun e-mail, and follow up with Incident Report.• Ensure that staff files Incident Reports as required and close out IR’s in a timely manner.• Provide OD with weekly updates on Operational activity (Operational Overview file).

Welltec is a specialist oilfiled service company offering conveyance, mechanical intervention and subsea intervention services. Several major things during my work with welltec: • Deliver welltec services such as Wireline Well Tractor Tool, Well Stroker Tool, Well Cleaner Tool, Well Key Tool to client. • Be leading personnel offshore in the Welltec team, and have extensive knowledge to be utilized technical support and a guide for fellow workers. • Be able to perform checks on trainees offshore, and make sure the trainees are followed up. • Plan operations. • Participate in client meetings
