Led equipment upgrades, such as installing new RAM and replacing malfunctioning batteries, to ensure everything ran smoothly.- Web & Database Development: Developed and launched an IT Contracts Management Renewal System using Laravel, PHP, Angular 16, and MySQL. Managed both backend and frontend development, improving contract management efficiency.- Event Support: Set up AV equipment for company events and meetings, ensuring seamless operation of microphones, speakers, and display equipment for smooth presentations.- Inventory Management: Conducted detailed audits of IT assets, tracking and managing monitors, printers, and other equipment, which helped streamline procurement and resource usage.
