CurrentServe as a principal program/fiscal representative in the planning, development, financial management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of (80) contracted community-based, state and local providers with a cost center of $51 million across 16 states. Responsible for interpreting and providing guidance on the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Final Rule 20 CFR Part 641, September 1, 2010; Older Americans Act (OAA) Amendments, Public Law 109-365,42 United states Code 3056 et. seq. Present findings and recommendations based on analytical reviews of program and fiscal effectiveness to the Executive Management Team. Manage actual vs. projected grant expenditures Guide and advise grantees of responsibilities, requirements and grants management objectives during the life of the grant. Provide technical assistance via various modalities including: on-site interface; training modules; webinars; teleconferences and forecasting/planning tools. Develop training content as well as best practice materials and on-the-job resources for technical assistance to project staff in an effort to achieve performance goals negotiated with the Department of Labor. Coordinate with State and local policymakers, public workforce providers, national and state grantees to facilitate SCSEP delivery nationwide. Participate in developing national analysis of high-demand industry needs, employer and host agency national partnerships, and evolving SCSEP requirements, and act as a conduit for this information at the project level.
