- Raising and maintaining an individual sales target of $420 000 (SGD) per calendar month across three distinct product lines as well as creating product line sales marketing and training for the sales team.- Project design for workplace solutions according to Agile-Sprint work methodology: design for manufacture, design for assembly, description and demonstration of products, technical drawings and installation of these solutions.- Implementing a warehouse management system to automate and optimize the audit and inventory management system in a 250 sqm warehouse. The warehouse management system is built on VBA and resulted in an increase of 46% in stock visibility and a reduction in warehouse processing time (retrieval and storage) from 10 business days to 48 hours. Lastly, OHSA standards are implemented.- Key account manager for both Fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Citibank and academic institutes such as National University of Singapore and United World College of South East Asia- Incorporating Smart Technology founded upon IOT such as occupancy sensors into existing product lines to build a new and differentiated client value proposition.- Stakeholder intent and design capture, and supply chain management for UBS Bank. The project involved customized structural design according to provided metrics, safety calculations for supports according to regulations, installation supervision, logistics management, project budgeting and shareholder engagement through various meetings and presentations.
